The product price is inclusive of assembling costs within Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Lahore only. Prices are subject to change without any notice and at the discretion of Anas Design Studio. Any increase in the General Sales tax, Dollar Rate, will be charged extra.
Our system ensures the booking of your products only after receiving 100% payment. The confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled and payment shall not be refundable, however, a change in product booking is possible if and only if the booked items were not related to the discontinued. The product change shall be done at prevalent prices and lead time.
Order after its booking and confirmation by the customer/buyer shall not be cancelled or modified for any reason whatsoever and the goods once sold are not returnable or payment refundable.
Customers can make a purchase/booking of any Anas Design Studio product from the catalogue by making a 70% advance payment and the rest of the amount should be paid in full before the delivery of the goods. Lead time for the delivery of such purchases keeps changing between 75 - 135 days.
Goods that are not series-produced and/or not shown in price lists/displayed are deemed items “made to order”. Special colors and materials used at the customer’s request are likewise deemed items “made to order” unless otherwise agreed in writing. For import/available on order-based products, 70% of the invoice will be paid by the customer upon booking, and the remaining amount should be paid in full before the delivery of the goods with no cancellation/exchange/change in specs and size possibilities.
The lead time for such purchases can vary between 90-150 days.
Anas Design Studio’s accumulated liability for whatever reason, including, but not limited to, delay, defect, non-conformance with descriptions and shortfall shall, at the option of Anas Design Studio, be limited to, at Anas Design Studio’s absolute discretion, either an exchange of the goods or (for defective goods) a refund of the invoiced amount minus the corresponding sales tax amount.
Anas Design Studio shall not be liable to the customer/buyer for any direct or indirect consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill, or otherwise), costs expenses, or other claims for the or in connection with the agreement.
